Quick response to my posting. Very prompt visit to look at work and arranged at a time convenient for me. Quote was very professional and posted very quickly. Work was carried out very professionally, again at a time which I chose which was convenient for me. I live a very busy life style, Tony was so understanding, he was so polite and always a gentleman when calling me up or talking on the phone. Even when I hadn’t managed to get back to him about the work, as I had been so busy, Tony was always patient and couldn’t have been more helpful. Work was carried out very quickly – no issues or problems at all. No problems since with the work, no alterations or adjustments needed at all. Door was slightly different to the brochure image, however, I didn’t raise this as an issue after the work. Given the good price for the work, I am not that disappointed. Can’t believe how quick and easy it was to get the work done. Thank you for making my life easy and taking a worry off my mind and “to do list”.

Replacement wooden windows. I'd like quotes for sash & casement, as some of the windows are the original sash and some are casement, so we haven't decided what to do yet, but we would like them all to match again. There is also one French door, but we would like a quote for replacing this, and a quote for taking it out and putting a window in it's place (which would obviously involve bricking up the bottom half). The measurements are only rough to get an estimate of costs involved. They are as follows: 64" x 81" (French doors), 43" x 55", 40" x 55.5", 45" x 39", 31" x 32", 72" x 46", 64" x 72", 48" x 73", 23" x 41", 40" x 48". We would like double glazed, as the house is on a busy A road and we would like to reduce the noise levels as much as possible, so any recommendations (with costs) for this would also be helpful. We may also need to consider secondary glazing in the short term, so a quote for this would also be helpful. Thank you
