Under £500
There are two areas where the roof leakes so its hard to say how big the job is ,only a veiwing and a quote will determin that. Its a lean to conservatory aprox.8x12 the job is for my elderly father so i would like to keep the cost as low as possible .

I have a builder to do any blockwork, foundations, etc. Plans need to be drawn up for the conservatory as its going on the front of the house (pp needed). Ignore the budget price. I haven't filled that in properly because I need to get quotes and a range of tradespeople and products are involved
