Lock is broken on patio doors and we need a repair quickly
Absolutely brilliant service. Friendly, helpful. Came at a time that suited us. Explained possible causes to fault over phone and gave ballpark costs. Turned up on time and would not go until he had fixed the fault.....without going out to buy parts. Wanted to take less money than we thought the job was worth so we gave him extra. Totally honest individual. Will always use him for any faults like this again. Will highly recommend. Thank you Rated People for finding us a diamond!

Current windows are aluminum double glazing.
Would like to replace in stages, front windows first and rear/conservatory later.
Neil was great from start to finish. Very professional and polite - prompt and on time at every visit. A quick and no-nonsense quote, listening to what we wanted, and advising where needed. Very clean and tidy installation. A good quality product and excellent finish, for a competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
