We recently had a nearly new sash window fitted and it still needs a bit of work. We have the weights but they need to be fitted, the beading needs attention and it has no locks or catches.
Mike originally came to do a few days work for us on a sash window and we were very impressed with his work. He is very skilled, has great attention to detail and always talks you through things very clearly. He has already been back to do further work for us and we would be very happy to recommend him.

I have 2 windows, both double glazed, which no longer shut properly. Looks like the hinges are a bit old in both cases. 1 is at my home in Ham (near Richmond), the other in a flat I rent out in Ealing. I'd ideally like someone who could do both jobs but happy to be contacted for either job.
Andre came over and sorted two jobs for me. He was prompt and able to find the right parts for the windows concerned with no fuss. I would recommend.

We have a double glazed window that has an arch shape. The visible pane is approx 37x184cm. The interior pane of the double glazing has developed a crack that has spread and needs replacing.

as described, the dougle glazing is damaged and with the wooden frames dated as well we might change the whole windows incl. frames

Lean-to conservatory, Flashing to roof leaking; has had previous temporary repair, but now probably needs replacing; also some windows are misted
The underlying problem turned out to be different from what I had thought it was (and for which Luigi had originally quoted). The actual job was both less work and less complex. His accurate diagnosis meant that the job was much less expensive than envisaged, so his honesty and transparency did me a favour while meaning less money for him. He was amazingly philosophical about the whole thing. He clearly knows what he is doing with conservatories, which can be very tricky beasts. I would recommend him strongly.
