1 front door/ 1 bay window/ 7 windows/ 1 patio door, including removal of low wall approx 5 bricks high. currently back door with window connected to the right. (low wall is under window) property - 3 bed semi. one of the windows maybe difficult to get to as it's at side of house above extention.

erect a hardwood conservatory i bought at ebay. good enough dismantled. about 2 m by 2.50 m. height of 2.30 m can be adjusted if necessary for bungalow. simple installation but good enough for winter. just concrete base on concrete, no foundation necessary. same blinds. floor i can finish myself. electricity get supplied per extension but has to get laid trough a hole. old lean to to dispose. you can pick it up in kidderminster when in time or i have to. rest can get done anytime. thats all. thanks. fred
