"Just an update for people considering using this company. This job is now in the hands of trading standards as the company failed to keep an appointment to come and rectify the problems with the door( they blatantly lied to me on the phone saying they would come out and never showed) I have received a response from trading standards today and the company in question have basically said i have tampered with the door and will not come out. This is slanderous as i have never touched the door (other than to open and close it!). please avoid!!!"
