One of the arms to open and close the window (the mechanism) - PVC windows has bent out of shape and so the window will not close properly. We need this arm replacing.
Really impressed; Steve responded very quickly (within minutes of me uploading my request) and he came the next week to do the job. The job is done well and he recommended some improvements I could make to my other windows (myself and cheaply). Really friendly and I have recommended verbally to people I know. He text me and rang in the lead up to the job and advised me on a time he would be with me - and he was early! He is polite and organised and reliable.

I would'nt hesitate to recommend Pro Windows. The communication, service, speed and price were all excellent. I wish I had found Pro Windows and Rated People years ago. For a no heart break service use this company!

cat flap installation into double glazed french door
We had a cat flap installed into our glass french doors. Adrian is very competent and was quick to quote and to install the new pieces of glass. Although we had a few hiccups, (none of which was actually Adrian's fault), the job was done perfectly and confidently. I would recommend Adrian to everyone and I would get him back if we required any further glazing work
