How did it all start?

Rated People was founded in 2005 by Andy Skipwith after a builder walked out half way through a home renovation project, leaving him and his family in the middle of a messy building site, and significantly out of pocket. Andy was determined to find a way to help other homeowners connect with professional, reliable tradesmen, and Rated People was born.
