  • Biomass fuelled appliances

    As long as the work is internal, you will not require planning permission for biomass fuelled appliances (unless you live in a listed building in which case, you'll need to check with your Local Planning Authority).read article

    Since October 2008, liquid petroleum gas tanks are allowed to be installed without planning permission and small domestic fuel tanks can be installed without permission too.read article
