Three site managers from Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man have picked up prizes in the final regional round of the National House-Building Council's (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Awards.

Glenn Philpott of Toland House Properties won the small development category for his work at the Halls site in Templepatrick.

It was the ninth time he has picked up a Pride in the Job award.

In the medium development section, the prize went to Paddy Brannigan of GR Homes.

He won for his management of the Tollymore Brae scheme in Newcastle, County Down.

This project comprises six different residential property designs located close to the Murlough Nature Reserve and the Mourne Mountains.

The final award went to John Hassan of O'Kane and Devine Construction. He took home the prize for his work on a multi-storey development of houses and apartments that was commended by the NHBC as being "of a very high standard".

All three winners will go forward to the Pride in the Job Supreme Awards, which will be decided in January.
