Although 24/7 quoted higher than another plumber we considered, we were so impressed with Malcolm's knowledge of the problem and that he talked through the work at the quotation stage that we instructed him. Once we'd decided, the macerator was ordered immediately and they came within a couple of days to fit it. We paid the amount of the original quote. We asked advice about another plumbing issue and Malcolm's sons were really helpful with that too. We've subsequently asked them back to do more work and are confident that that will be completed to a high standard also. Would recommend to others and use them again.
