Painting & decorating job in CH45

Sadly I was disappointed. Within the quote it stated preparation of wood work would be completed, including a charge of £15 for sandpaper and filler.I assumed this would mean all wood would be sanded before painting and any holes filled, this did not happen leaving a very uneven finish. Where filler was used on door panels it was not sanded before painting leaving a hideous finish. Seal of bath was not done in full leaving jagged join. Wallpaper pattern mismatched and tradesman unhappy when asked to fix.
