I would highly recommend Adrian - really hardworking and reliable, one of those guys who is happy to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. A very nice guy to deal with too.
Before the work began, he took me in person to see some previous work he had undertaken. Then he drew up a formal contract so that there was no confusion about what work needed to be done. This kind of thing makes you feel like you're in safe hands.
He got underway quickly, and he and his partner worked quickly and thoroughly to remove the old lawn and what turned out to be horribly extensive tree roots, lay a new lawn and complete the building works. They do a very full day, starting before we had left the house for work, and not leaving until after 7pm on most days. He then came back to give the site a good clean. He has been happy to come back later in the season to roll the rooted lawn so it's nice and level after bedding in.
I will definitely have him back for other works in the future. If only all tradesmen were so professional and reliable.

very professional service. Work ended up being a lot more than planned (as the wall was pretty rotten underneath) but Adrian sorted it out perfectly and did a great job.
Conbuild also presented me with a contract before starting work, a fresh one when we realised the extent of the damage, and an invoice afterwards; this was very reassuring as it meant there would be no arguing over the price or fussing about extra costs on the way.
Project was also completed 2 days in advance to schedule which I was pleased about, I would rather have a longer estimate and come in early on finishing rather than have a shorter estimate and run over!
I'm very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone!
