Very pleased with the work - we have had long discussion about the work to be done, and I felt confident that this tradesman knows very well what he is doing (I have some experience and knowledge myself and I always go in very little details). Chimney Building / Repair
William/Bill dId what he said he would do but not with any quality. On carrying out the work he manage to crack some bonnet tiles in a valley which I had to have replaced. When I tried to contact him about this he did not return my calls or answer my emails, the 7 year guarantee is useless. I have just had to have a flat roof looked at because of a leak, which I think he may have contributed to it's demise. My advise is don't use him.
