Roofing job in SK14

Richard from absolute was in the area when he first saw my job and was able to assess it on site within an hour. We had a 3-part problem, two of which were as described by me in my original job specifications. The third one proved to be more serious which Richard highlighted by going up his ladder and showing me there and then. We agreed a separate price for this. Richard came and did the job(s) as agreed and we were happy with his punctuality and quality of work.
