We requested a quote 32 days ago, which the company took up. Eventually, someone came out to inspect the job and left saying they would send quote by post. 3 weeks later and no quote, we contacted the company to ask for a quote. We were told they would check with the person who came out to see us and call us back.
As of yet, still no phone call.
Totally and utterly disappointed. If they did not want the job, they should have just said rather than ignore us.
Totally unprofessional.
