Very polite, very prompt and very professional. Everything was planned carefully for us and discussed in as much detail as we needed so that we fully understood what was going to happen at each stage. Additionally, nothing was too much trouble. Fitted a new composite door- Came to my home, helped with the selection process, was prompt at all times, communication was great always let me know what was going to be happening and when.
