I was a little annoyed. Apple quoted before seeing the job and then when I went back to say I'd found somebody else with a better quote they said they would match it. When then came he went into the what good a job he would do but that it would cost more than the original quote and that I could get the other person if I wanted to. I was a little annoyed as I'd taken the day off work and wanted it doing that day so ended up paying more than originally quoted and more than another quote. Felt like he was determined to get more money out of me because I'd got a cheaper quote, which he did, but will lose out in the long run as I will not get them back to mount the tv's etc.
