Our Experience

We have been around for the last 11 years but i have experience of more than 25 years in the building and refurbishment trades. We are a small family business and my knowledge has been passed down by my father.
We deal with all aspects of building installing new bath rooms to kitchens. From underpinning to piling,extensions to loft conversions,our policy is to keep to old fashioned customer satisfaction,that builds history and a company that you can trust.

Building job in SW2

Ray did a stirling job- would thoroughly recommend him and the team. This was a major refurb involving a complete strip out of a 2300 sqare feet building, major structural work including opening up a sizeable loft space, underpinnnig a basement and tanking and a major new extension coupled with installing new services to creat 3 luxury flats.

Building job in SE15

I would highly recommend Uplands contract to any one considering a domestic build or exstension. The workmanship was superb and the contractor was efiicient communicative and honest. As I and my family were living on site I found that they were sensitive to our needs and completed works as well as some extra's for a reasonable price. As a result many of my neighbours have approached me for their number.
