Ashley wanted payment up front for a replacement gate which is suspicious but as Ashley 'talks a good game' I agreed. However, the gate was not fully completed.to a satisfactory standard. Furthermore, I repeatedly requested he send me an invoice, I have still not received this.
I would not recommend Ashley (Ashbuild) as he promises much but does not deliver.
This has been a very disappointing episode but fortunately has been the only poor experience whilst using Ratedpeople.

Ash did a fabulous job of transforming our bedroom from a dated gloomy room to a wonderfully pleasant space. He was hardworking, efficient, honest, reliable and a very tidy workman. We will definitely be using Ash's services again. We highly highly recommend him. Thanks Ash

AshBuild’s initial service was fantastic, right from the request via RatedPeople, and this continued throughout the whole job! Fair and friendly nature and couldn’t have been more helpful! Finished job looks fantastic and completed to exceptionally high quality. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others!!!
