Kitchen was removed to attend to an under floor water leak, the floor tiling was completely removed, the leak to the water pipe was fixed, the floor was reinstated with new floor tiles, the Kitchen units were re-fitted with new wall tiles.

Our Experience

The Director Clinton Evans of Ashdowns South East Building Services Limited has been involved in the Building sector for 30 years, we have our own offices in Burgh Heath, Surrey, we have been carrying out work in the Buildings Insurance repair market. We have carried out numerous jobs including: Extensions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Patios, Floor and Wall tiling, Underfloor Heating, Painting and Decorating, Carpentry and Plastering works. 

The Company has always been a professionally run family enterprise, my wife Jane is the Company Secretary who is also involved with office administration, our son and daughter also work along side of us.

We offer a Friendly, Honest, Professional Service.

This is a picture of the Lounge at the same property as above, the floor ran from the Kitchen into the Lounge, the flooring was renewed and the Lounge redecorated, all furniture was returned from storage facility.
This is a picture of the entrance Hallway at the same property as above, the original floor tiles were removed to enable us to fix a water leak, the area was dried out, new Latex applied together with new floor tiles and decoration.
This is a picture of work carried out at Ripley, Surrey. The old Kitchen was taken out together with old floor tiles, latex screed was applied to the floor and new floor tiles fitted along with new Kitchen, areas were redecorated.
