Plumbing job in LE5

Charles came to fix blocked sink pipes in my mother’s bathroom. I point out that the bathroom had only been installed 2 years ago by a well-known DIY chain and clearly they had not done a good job. In order to avoid breaking open the relatively new tiling, Charles accessed the pipes through the kitchen ceiling (under the bathroom). He found the problem and unblocked/cleaned the pipes, replastered the ceiling and painted over the surface. We were very satisfied with the work as the problem got fixed swiftly and without removing any tiles. Moreover, the kitchen replastering was of a high standard. Charles was very tidy, extremely professional and polity throughout. We would definitely use his services again and I would highly recommend Atlas.
