My Ratings relates to reliability. Daniel called to arrange a viewing to price up the job. Neither of us were available at the start of the week so he agreed he would call me on Thursday to schedule a visit for Friday evening. I text him the address as requested, however, he never got back to me. Total waste of my time and caused me to delay employing someone else.

Iam totally at a lose as to way Michelle Boswell has left this rating for me. I agree yes I did speak with the customer but there was no plans whatsoever mate to mate not a date or time

I am totally at a loss as to why Michelle Boswell has left me this rating. I agree I spoke with me shell but we did not make a date or time for me to visit the job. I asked her to call me back at the end of the week and heard nothing. Please look back at all my feedback and all the people I have done work for and I am sure you will agree I am very very reliable and my work is completed to the absolute highest standard I never leave a job with an unhappy customer.

Dan was fantastic. Talked us through options, sorted out everything for us and really went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly. He can take care of everything from beginning to end. Even help you source the carpet you want. He was efficient - in and out quick and clean. But above all flexible and worked around our schedule. Everything looks great and he has offered to follow up with further stretching once the carpets are 'bedded in'. Thanks Dan.
