We decided to use Ian due to his overly hopeful manner when looking at the job.
He arrived on time on the 1st day, then things went down hill.
Turned up with no skirting board, said he'd be back the following day, then the following day.! he eventually did return to fit skirting board and cut down the floor where it had risen. 1week later we needed him to cut down the floor again! which he did.
He also stated that he would finish the flooring off with filler etc.. he hasn't. Now he isnt answering calls
