You keep telling yourself that. The facts are as follows - in the orpington job, the customer found you rude, obnoxious and would never have you back in the house after you told them you were a qualified electrician and when they checked, found that your qualifications had lapsed. Not only that but you cut tall panels without checking which way round they were supposed to go, costing everyone time and money to take out what you had done to put it right. On the Kings Hill job, your plumbing on the main sink, you fitted the valve the wrong way round so the arrow was pointing towards the water in - thus reducing the water flow - you fitted the island with too big an infil, without checking the fridge freezer opening, even though the fridge was there and could have easily been measured, fitted the corner units without leaving space for the doors to open against the range cooker even though there was plenty of space for a larger infil, left light points with no fused spur connected directly to the mains, left the customer with no washing machine for weeks, couldnt work out how to get over lino on the floor until we suggested you board it, left units out of level so the quartz fitters had to redo your units, fitted handles so that the doors wouldnt open, left a leaking tap under the belfast sink and left the plug for the microwave in the way of the shelf, not to mention not fitting the microwave fascia on properly - All of those items we sorted in 4 days as well as fixing the rest of the items you were supposed to do like tiling, fitting the extractor and the plinth - which we paid you in full for - so i wish that customer every luck with the bathroom - they will need it

That shows the trustworthyness of Bennett Interiors - not only did we have to finish the jobs off ourselves due to his lack of expertise (which we did and got paid in full for the work), but he also steals customers off us which we introduced him too - don't employ this "fitter"

Since writing my rating, Bennett Interiors have again been abusive and threatening. I have forwarded their details to the police who will be taking it further - if this "tradesman" doesnt get his way, rather than resolving it, he tries to bully - beware of this trader!!
