I found Ben to be extremely helpful and professional and can't recommend him enough. I found his work to be of a high quality and he also helped to source an electrician when I was having difficulties with my electrics. You should have no concerns when using Ben

On further inspection of the wallpapering there are some bad joins and mistakes that have been covered up. He as unsure of what paste to use on our wallpaper. Appeared very inexperienced and nervous which didn't give me much confidence that the job would be done well.

I am really sorry you feel the need to leave it a week before giving me bad feed back. When I left you were both over the moon. Also may I just add. You never had enough wall paper to do the required walls. So I just about managed to get it done for you. This was all explained to you and you were made fully aware of what may happen. You had plenty of time topoint any issues out to me while I was there over the two visits. Also as your paper wasvery expensive and sometimes has to be put up with specific past

Sometimes as a tradesman you do worry about things. At the end of the day I want to make sure any work I done is to the best standard possible. I explained why there wasn't enough paper and we both went over it together and I explained to you what had to be done to get it done with what paper you had there. Not at any time did you mention you were worried about me doing the job for you. I 90% completed the first room and never returned to do the second for 5 days and you told me your husband was over the

Moon with what I had already done. Had you of told me you was worried about me doing the job I would of happily left and let you find someone else. But when told you really liked what I had done I don't understand why you feel the need to leave me bad feedback a week later. The wallpapering I done for you looked very good. And I left happy that it went up very well.

Ben as I mentioned it was on further inspection of the wallpapering that we discovered some joins and cuts that are visible in the cloakroom. You didn't ask what wallpaper we had purchased or what glue would be needed before coming to our house. I'm sorry Ben but you actually stressed me out

Lastly you did change the agreed day to finish the job (sat) because your wife was having a wedding dress fitting. We had agreed start Thursday then finish of on the sat. You finished on the tuesday. That was why I marked you down. Sorry about that.

Ben did a great job painting our entire house. Right from the start he was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and gave us a great price. Throughout the job Ben kept us fully informed about his progress and we found him to be very reliable and trustworthy. The quality of his finish is very good and we are really happy.
