Plumbing job in NE2

I was disappointed by Borlands. Workmanship was decent but they had to return to correct a few problems. Customer service was pretty awful - I was hounded for payment within hours of the job being finished, before I'd had a chance to inspect it, accused of withholding payment when the job wasn't completed satisfactorily and when I found the new radiator was leaking 4 months after it was installed, was told I'd have to pay a call-out charge for the valve to be tightened. Will not be using again.

Heating job in DH7

Found this company to be very professional from providing a quotation to carrying out the works. Replaced our heating systems within 2 days and tidied up after themselves. Very competitive price. Received much more expensive quotes from other companies who didn't seem as sure of what they were doing as Borland and sons did. Would highly recommend them.
