Robert was very fast to answer my advert. He offered to try and fix the fault without the need for a powerflush - however the system was so blocked the only option was the powerflush. (Incidentally he didn't charge me for the initial attempt - 2 hours free labour). Very good value and honest, professional service. I will definitely use British Maintenance Services again in future.
