We had a utility room built ,involving knocking through from our kitchen intoko garage to build the new room. We had a new kitchen fully fitted which was sourced from howdens. We found colin and his team professional and reliable and easy to work with. The finished work quality is excellent and we would use these builders again for future work.

Building job in NE3

The work that was done was excellent. Builders always arrived early and kept me up to date as to what was being done at each stage. Sub contractors brought in were also excellent and the end result was better than expected. The cost of the work was by far the best from 5 quotes. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for work to be done. I will be getting CJ Patterson Limited back to do further work in the future.
