Loft conversions job in M23

Building job in BL1

my electrician is qualified and is employed by Bolton Council who are part p registered and will clarify if needs to that the wiring was left unsafe with live wires inside a used cupboard. The RSJ was not fitted instead a wooden beam however the price was not altered accordingley.

My qualified electrician actually works for Bolton Council and has confirmed the job was left unsafe ie live wires, and the cost for the wooden beam fitted checked by a qualified Joiner should have been a few hundred pounds less than the price charged for the RSJ
