Roofing job in W12

This rating is based on the fact that I saw the assistant roofer attempt to "dump" the removed corrugated asbestos roofing sheets behind the garage! and instead of using a whole sheet of roofing material, used 3 offcuts for 1 area. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves, but fell down on quality. Not the cheapest. I expected better!

these works are of a asphalt flat roof in clapham that had minor hairline cracks in the surface. we applied 2 x coats of grey waterproof acropol bitumen to the surface, which will give a protection for 5 years, before re-coating again.
these works are of a garden in fulham, where we did a makeover and installed new decking and artifical grass.
these works are of a rear extension in wandsworth, where we removed the old roof felting that had weathered and replaced with 2 x underfelts and 1 x grade (1)green mineral roof felting, which was hot torched on with a flo gas and torch gun.
these works are of a storage lock up in balham, where the felting had decayed and boarding had rotted. we installed new 25mm wpb waterproof plywood and new torch on felting to form a new roof.
these works are of a house in streatham, where the roof was covered in moss growth. we cleaned the roof and cleared the guttering.
