Building job in CV3

We chose Construct having obtained three quotes. We chose them because their quote was competitive; comprehensive and due to Mark's approach to meeting our needs. We asked for input to the design process; project management and construction/installation of not just the extension build, but also of the kitchen from selection through to finish. What Mark said he did and he provided advice & introductions to other tradesmen as required (all of whom were excellent). In fact, during the course of his work with us we added jobs, including the replacement of a flat roof with a HIP pitched roof, all of which doubled the original contract value. Mark was very helpful and paid close attention to detail throughout the work; the tradesmen he employed were all excellent and entirely reliable also. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Construct.

I met Mark Ward of Construct through rated people and I am delighted to endorse his work from start to finish. This is my first home, my first building project and I have moved in to a new area where I know no-one. Mark and his team were exceptional through every part of the process. Initially he introduced me to Simon Groves, excellent architect and they both spent time listening to my requirements and Simon produced drawings. Simon handled the planning process and gathering 3 closed quotes and then explained and talked me through the quotes. I decided to go with Mark, not the cheapest but I had already received excellent customer service and I trusted him. The Construct team were fantastic and enthusiastic - they looked after me, my home and my property - working when it was snowing and raining. Mark created a work programme and timeline that worked to suit my needs. When I needed clarity around costings, Mark expanded every each and every element of work and costed it up and we agreed and stuck to the budget - I really valued the clarity Mark provided and I felt in control of a building project (that was out of my control). My new home is now fantastic, the build and finishing is exceptional. A friend/Master Builder came to look round and said that the work and craftmanship is "really exceptional"! I would highly recommend Mark and the Construct team - your building project and home will be in safe hands.
