1st job went fine so hired again. Was on time, always answered calls. But 2nd time - bad; PVA on carpet, plaster on/around woodwork, holes/lines/uneven areas on wall, leaking radiators, wallpaper left. He ignored calls & missed 2 arranged appointments. After mentioning feedback he phoned within mins & someone came to repair *most* of the problems next day. The bad job was initially dismissed as minor defects as my responsibility during painting but he later admitted that one of the guys he used was dodgy.
