Stone work & masonry job in HP13

The job was done quickly and I was happy with it to begin with. Now, there are weeds breaking through the tarmac, it is sinking under the weight of my car and it is crumbling. A surveyor has looked at it and noted that there was nothing laid under the tarmac to protect the surface. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get in touch with someone to repair it. I have sent an e-mail, and called but have not had any response.
