Reassuring phone contact, very prompt arrival, and a good job completed. However, the cost was somewhat high at £65 for 20 minutes work. Nonetheless, I would use this firm again.

The job would have taken longer but for the fact that there was two tradesmen present. As for the price, it was £60.00.

Fair point regarding the price: there were indeed two plumbers which reduced the time and in fairness to PlumbTech the job was completed to my total satisfaction with a small side job being completed too. I would have no hesitations in using this firm again or in recommending them to friends.

This meant Plumbtec had a job which took longer than we all thought. No matter, they did a great job at the agreed price and in a very clean and tidy way. I would recommend them without hesitation.
