Dave responded quickly to my posting, arrived early on the arranged day and was certainly more than helpful - not least of all when my dog escaped! Gave some helpful advice about my boiler and seemed conscientious and considerate. I only got the one quote so not sure if he was good value, but I thought he was worth it!
