I cannot recommend Mr Oates because he has been late by more than 3 hours on 2 occasions, bad tempered and negligent. Having repaired my boiler in the loft, the boiler persistently cut out and he told me to adjust the pressure myself. Shortly after, the badly fitted T1 filter he fitted leaked from the loft through the ceiling and into a light on the landing. This incurred hundreds of pounds worth of further plumbing jobs. I am unable to ask him back as I don't trust his work and find him very disrespecful.

David was knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it within a reasonable price range. Time keeping is something to be improved however.Rachel, SL6

he was polite , punctual and knew his trade without having to rip people off,would recommend and definatly use him againmartin, HP21
