I HAVE BEEN IN THE TRADE FOR 25 YEARS AND IF A WINDOW CAN BE REPAIRED, IT WILL BE. YOU WONT BE TOLD THAT IT CAN`T BE FIXED AND SOLD A NEW WINDOW. WHEN I DO FIX A NEW WINDOW IT WILL BE AN `A` RATED FRAME AT THE SAME PRICE AS A `C` RATED ONE.
