Electrical work job in CV5

We were quoted £160 and i had agreed on the phone i would buy the crome sockets that we wanted to match! I was very disappointed to come home an find he hadnt used them an the wires were just drilled through a hole with a plastic attachment! The wires are a horrible brown and he had to put a booster in for us to get a better signal for an extra £35 thats fair enough! But im not happy with the how its been done! He said thesockets would need a square cutting out thats why he didnt use them!
