We are a family run business who primarily deals with showroom customers but has found that Rated People has been a useful addition to revenue, and has become an integrated part of the business.
If you are looking for quality product, a good standard of workmanship at extremely competitive prices you would be hard pushed to find better. From our initial meeting I know that Lee was the man for the job. He talked through all aspects of the design, put forward his suggestions and, more importantly, actually listened to what I wanted, unlike so many I had seen before. That aspect alone made him top of my list. His team of Luke and Paul did a fantastic job with installing the kitchen. The attention to detail to ensure everything was just right was brilliant. They are extremely hardworking and nothing is too much trouble - they even spared a few minutes to help me removed an unwanted small tree from my garden. I cannot praise them enough, and if you say my kitchen you'd see why. Fantastic people, fantastic job so if like me you've called numerous companies to give you quotes STOP and just call Lee - all your searching for the perfect kitchen designer will be over. Recommended 100%.

Complete Kitchen Refurbishment
Lee is a decent and honest man and this reflected in every aspect of his work. The kitchen looks great and he worked very hard to iron out any issues. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend him.

Since the work was completed we've found that the after-sales service offered is non-existent. We are owed a set of glass shelves, but have never received them.
Also, the electrics seem to be somewhat dodgy:
1. lighting has stopped working
2. plinth heater causes the system to trip so we can't use
My husband has tried to contact Lee, but is getting no response. Very disappointing as the kitchen itself is really lovely, and we thought we had a good relationship with Lee.

Kitchen Installation
We recently employed Lee and his team to fit a new bathroom, kitchen and new electrical work for us. We had no problems with Paul and Luke who carried out the work and who were easy to get along with and who worked hard on the project. However whilst we were initially pleased with the work they did it didn't pass the final building regulations inspections or electrical testing done by the local council. A number of problems were listed by the inspector and we have politely asked them to rectify but they have refused to answer calls/emails or respond to our requests to fix/address these issues .We are now unfortunately having to progress this with trading standards and will be making claims for the work that we have to get other tradesmen to fix. We would advise to steer clear of this company if you need peace of mind on the quality of work undertaken and reassurance that they will fix problems that arise.
