Electric Boiler - Service / Repair
poor/ the workman Robert said in conclusion i need a new boiler after telling me the parts i need to fix this one and he is not willing to repair claiming i need a new boiler and at the same time wanting me to sign a document to turn the boiler off which was not neccessary.

Mr Rupert boiler inner combustion chamber has rusted through which is considered Immediately dangerous under Government regulations. I told Mr Rupert that I need to make the boiler safe but refused. I asked him to sign a warning advice notice but he refused. I told him that it would not be economical to repair the boiler due to its age and the numerous parts it needed.

The boiler is over 15 years old and will need a new combustion chamber and new heat exchanger and gas valve. I advice him that a new boiler was needed.
