Ian was excellent, agreeing exactly the extent of the work, and completing it to a high standard. The advertised work-scope was extended to include stairwell and upstairs landing but this did not worry Ian who did a marvelous job. He even picked up extra rolls of wallpaper when it became needed.

Ian was easy to communicate, very thoughtful and went extra miles to make sure everything is taken care of. For instance he did additional works in our flat that was deemed necessary: Although these extra jobs were not within our initial plan, he kept to his original quote.
