Although they appeared to do a reasonable job a plummer freind happened to visit us later the same day. He looked at the work and stated that we had paid for the work quoted but the the work actually done was not what we had expected. In addition, the day after they had surveyed the job, when the came to fix the original problem a leak had sprung up from one of our shower pumps! Drainaway offered to fix it (£300 for the pump) and were due to return to do this the following day. Our plumber freind stated that it looked more like the flexible pipe had cracked and should only cost about £20 and offered to fix it. Today our freind put the new pipes in and cured the leak, whilst doing so he noticed that the pump bolts were loose and tightened them up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
