Plastering & rendering job in S61

I was pleased to be contacted by Darryl quite quickly and a visit was made shortly afterwards. A price was quoted, I was happy with this and agreed that a Saturday would be better for him. I advised that my son would remove the toilet and washbasin to help. A date was agreed but when I contacted Darryl to check the arrangements he informed me that he was unable to do the job but a friend would do it for the same price on the same date. On the agreed date I received a call from Darryl saying his friend was on a job that had run over and could he do the job the following day. Again I agreed, however his friend turned up four hours late saying that he got lost. He took one look at the job and said he could not do it, the plaster on twio walls needed taking off. I said I would do this and contact him to arrange a new date and ask the price. The following day I sent a text message to say the room was ready. The price quoted was exactly doluble quoted before. As you will appreciate I slaid not to bother. Therefore I am extremely annoyed that I have wasted time using your service. In future I will rely on speaking to people I know to make sure I have a reliable and fair quote. I cannot really give a view on the work because none was completed.
