"The tiling is poor, the electrics have failed twice, the light switch cord was tied together, the radiator leaks and there is an awfull smell first thing in the morning, and he over estimated the amount of tiles required, where are they? Oh, and the floor is uneven, rating 0 out of ten, stay well away! I forgot, the decorator was slap dash, the door and frame wasn't painted plus I had to fill and paint part of the wall, teriffic! Tradesmen, are they a dying breed?"

He was very ameanable to my requests, which involved not only replacing a boiler, but repositioning it in an awkward spot.
