Bricklaying job in BB3

I was quoted a price for engineering brick but just before starting Stuart asked if it could be done in such and such a brick instead. He told me the other bricks were as durable as engineering brick but afterwards I found they were soft and friable. I was quoted for 2000 brick, half went back but I didn't receive a refund. They spilt mortar all over the drive and didn't clear it up. They only pointed one side of the wall and they stole our wheelbarrow. We are now taking him to small claims.

Gardening & garden design job in PR6

Do not use this Tradesman. Since the work was completed in April 2011, a number of issues were not rectified. A sand bag was left outside the property and concrete was poured over land outside my house which has set and will need to be corrected. A brick became loose on the wall and 3 flags became loose. The land which was supposed to be level was left in an awful state. The builder said on 6 occasions that he would come out to correct the work but 3 months later, he has stopped replying to my messages. The builder has never even returned to my house to see what work needed to be done. I have been left in a position where I am having to get the work corrected myself now and will have to seek recovery through the courts. This has been one horrible experience and you are warned against using this company.
