David was very helpful and talked me through all my options. He fitted the door when he could, though we had to reschedule a few times (snow, broken down vehicle). I later had problems with the door and he promptly came back to fix it and spent a lot of time on it until it was right. I trust that if I had further troubles I could trust David to come back and fix it. He got me a quality door much cheaper than the big companies.
