Our Experience

We are a small family business established since 1987 and settled into our Somerville Road workshop since 1992. We do a wide range of general blacksmithing for the local community- bird cage repair to brackets for the kitchen shelves.  Our main work lies in railings, gates, stair cases, balconies (we finished a good one right before Christmas)and bay window curtain poles. We always try to put hot forged work into our jobs if possible.  We aim for simplicity and good design and to stay away from ornate ready mades bought from catalogues.  We have worked for English Heritage at Brean Down Fort and Castle Carey.
Strangest job? throwing knives for a circus act.
