The quality of work was appalling and unprofessional finish with a cracked tile! The tiling was not straight in places joining and gaps not satisfactory. When I complained about the workmanship the builder was very unhelpful. I am a single parent and saved hard to have this bathroom retiled and feel very disappointed. I feel he just wanted to get the job done ASAP and take my money.

Job we did look very professional at the high quality. Cracked tile was replaced next morning so I do not understand what all is about. Also next time please make sure you have all materials ready and do not waste any tradesman time and money. On top of it I was helpful and I did explain problems we might have and still bathroom looks fantastic but I’m guessing in your position you just learn to receive things for free and not pay for extras. That is offensive. I worked and saved hard to pay for this job. Why should I accept a sub-standard job cause I am a single parent? My money is the same as everyone elses and U werent the cheapest quote. U were told to provide materials and charged me £100 but the receipts totalled £39.98 very questionable or is this your extras and changes! Quality job that is laughable, evidence is in my bathroom dont need to prove anything. I let you into my home in good faith but your attitude says it all!

As I mention job looks very good but somehow you trying to blame us like crack tile which was replace next day in the morning. Now it's receipts which you did see and you saw how many adhesive bags went to tile your bathroom plus bonding. All those things add up. You let me to your flat in good faith and It looks like now it is my attitude which was polite, we were there on time and every day throughout the project. Thank you.

Yes I let you in my home in good faith and expected you to act professionally, I do not take kindly to anyone trying to take advantage of me and that is why I used rated people. Anyhow I do not wish to discuss this any further with you. As you are aware I have made an official complaint and have taken other actions to resolve the matter.
Laminate Flooring
Michael and his team have been have been absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier. As well as fitting the floor we have used them to paint a new loft conversion and other parts of our flat.
They've done a great job in a very quick time due to a very tight time frame with our first childs due date looming. They have worked long days and the weekend to make sure it was done in time. Michael and his team are professional and friendly and happy to help in anyway they can.
We would definitely use Freedom for future work we are looking to do.

Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration
Michael and Peter did an absolutely fantastic job on my flat. They did plastering, tiling, painting, fitting light fittings, cupboards and new skirting boards. I was particularly pleased with the excellent finish, which is very professional and pays careful attention to detail. They also did it promptly, showed up when they said they would and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, I will definitely use again.
