Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
Did wee jobs (supply & fit new toilet seat, supply & fit towel rail, re-secure loose bath hose fitting) promptly and to satisfaction of tenant - haven't seen myself.
I'd let a good tenant down by forgetting about these for a while so wanted them done quickly, but I will shop around more on price next time as I suspect I paid too much for the time/effort involved.

I was contacted almost as soon as I'd posted my job. He was polite and professional, did exactly what I needed done and was amazingly good value. I will definitely be using him in the future for any other carpentry or odd jobs. I'm very happy with this service!
